I spend a lot of time researching destinations in depth before I go anywhere. It’s important to learn about the history of the place you’re visiting to truly understand the local culture. Plus, if you’re short on time and really want to make the most of your adventures, some handy reading is a must, right? For years, friends have told me my itineraries are worth selling. While that was never my intention, my love for travel and appreciation for others who share their journeys through food and/or travel blogs inspired me to start this as a passion project. But don’t worry – I also love dressing up for a night out, so expect plenty of suggestions for chic cocktail bars and stylish spots where you can sip a glass of wine (or three) and soak up the atmosphere.
